What this site is
Tool Scout AI reviews software for businesses that sell to other businesses, and provides a free assessment tool called the Bottleneck Finder.
Everything here is general information published for a general audience.
The Bottleneck Finder is not professional advice
This matters more than the rest of this document, so it goes first.
The Bottleneck Finder asks twelve questions and produces a written plan. It is a starting point for your own thinking. It is not business, financial, legal, tax or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those.
Specifically:
It knows only what you tell it. Twelve questions cannot see your market, your pricing, your costs, your competitors, your team or your cash position. A result that looks confident is still working from a narrow slice of your situation.
Your plan is written by an AI. We decide the diagnosis with fixed rules, and an AI system writes the explanation from our own source material. AI systems can make mistakes, including stating something incorrectly or confidently. Read what you get with the same scepticism you'd apply to any advice from a stranger.
We don't promise results. We make no guarantee that following a plan will increase your revenue, your leads or anything else. Businesses fail and succeed for reasons no twelve questions can capture.
Decisions are yours. If you spend money, change your pricing, drop a market or buy software because of something you read here, that is your decision and your responsibility. Where the stakes are meaningful, speak to an accountant, a lawyer or an advisor who knows your actual business.
Affiliate relationships

We only recommend software we believe is worth using, and we state the limitations of every tool we recommend. The Bottleneck Finder recommends no product at all for most of its possible outcomes.
A commission does not make a recommendation suitable for your business. Evaluate any tool against your own situation, and use free trials where they exist.
Other companies' software and websites
When you click through to another company, you leave this site and their terms and privacy policy apply.
We don't control their products, their pricing, their support or what happens to your data once you're there. We're not responsible for your dealings with them, including anything you buy, any contract you enter, or any loss you suffer. Pricing, features and terms we describe may be out of date by the time you read them.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use automated tools to submit assessments or scrape the site
- Attempt to bypass the rate limits on the Bottleneck Finder
- Attempt to access data that isn't yours, including other people's saved results
- Republish our articles or assessment content as your own
- Use the site for anything unlawful
We may block access to anyone doing these things.
Our content
The articles, the assessment questions, the written outcomes and the design of this site belong to RDCA Marketing.
You're welcome to quote a reasonable amount with a link back. You're not welcome to republish whole articles, or to reuse the assessment content to build a competing tool.
The plan the Bottleneck Finder generates for you is yours. Use it, share it, take it to your team.
Availability
The site and the Bottleneck Finder are provided free and as-is. We don't guarantee they'll be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of them without notice.
Your saved result link should keep working, but we can't guarantee it indefinitely. If a result matters to you, copy the text.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
We don't warrant that the content is accurate, complete or current, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDCA Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of this site, the Bottleneck Finder, or any software you buy through our links.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100), or the amount you paid us, whichever is greater. You have not paid us anything, as everything here is free.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RDCA Marketing from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law

Changes
